Job Description:

The Document Control Clerk I will provide document control, administrative, and task support associated with current projects located on the Hanford Site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Submittals: recording, transmitting, and logging of submittals to clients
  • Timekeeping and knowledge of cost codes
  • Filing and thorough organization of documents
  • Understanding the submittal process
  • Support job site Project Manager with administrative duties such as Daily Reporting and Procurement

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and work effectively with all team members
  • Great attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
