The Document Control Clerk I will provide document control, administrative, and task support associated with current projects located on the Hanford Site.
Job Responsibility:
Submittals: recording, transmitting, and logging of submittals to clients
Timekeeping and knowledge of cost codes
Filing and thorough organization of documents
Understanding the submittal process
Support job site Project Manager with administrative duties such as Daily Reporting and Procurement
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good organization skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Demonstrate a positive attitude and work effectively with all team members
Great attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
