Our PropTech client is at a very exciting point in their growth trajectory and due to the pipeline work that has been built up, they are looking to hire a Document Automation Specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibility:
Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise templates
Maintain client templates
Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure long term client success
Requirements:
At least 2 years of document automation experience
Comfortable working with various stakeholders including clients
Meticulous attention to detail
Highly organised
Used to working on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Prior experience of tools like HotDocs or Contract Express
