Our PropTech client is at a very exciting point in their growth trajectory and due to the pipeline work that has been built up, they are looking to hire a Document Automation Specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise templates
  • Maintain client templates
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure long term client success

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of document automation experience
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders including clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Used to working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

Prior experience of tools like HotDocs or Contract Express
