A PhD/DBA/Doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline
Experience in Programme Management
A good research profile, with a verifiable track record on citation databases like Scopus or Google Scholar
Evidence of successfully supervising Doctoral students to completion
Experience in teaching, delivery, assessment and student support at all levels, including undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in a relevant subject area
Experience in Module leadership, including the design and development of module content at Postgraduate/Doctoral level.
Evidence of good organisational and personnel management skills
Evidence of excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
IT proficiency and experience of using e-resources

Job Responsibility

Lead and oversee the DBA programme
Undertake high-quality teaching and research
Oversee high-quality delivery of the DBA
Curriculum design
Allocation of teaching resources for Doctoral modules
Coordinating various Doctoral programme activities & events, such as the Knowledge Symposium, attendance & publication at Conferences
Providing students with the skillset to publish high-quality research
Providing day-to-day support and mentoring for students
Liaising with key stakeholders in the University
Performing admissions interviews
