Randstad Canada is hunting for skilled Dock Stocker Operators to help us launch a massive, brand-new distribution center. Paying $21.00 an hour, this is your chance to ditch the unpredictable short-term contracts and claim a stable, long-term spot on our afternoon crew. Because this is a brand-new, state-of-the-art building, you won't be walking into someone else's mess. You’ll be part of the founding team setting the standard for a safe, clean, and highly organized dock.
Job Responsibility:
Safely operate a Dock Stocker forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
Move pallets from the busy shipping dock to designated staging areas or storage bays
Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all freight is accounted for
Help the founding team organize the warehouse layout and establish smooth dock workflows
Perform quick, daily safety checks on your machine before your shift starts
Requirements:
Valid Forklift Ticket: Must have a current certification that covers the Dock Stocker
At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating a Dock Stocker in a fast-paced environment
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots
Comfortable working an active 8-hour shift on your feet and on the machine
Ready to commit to a steady Sunday-to-Thursday afternoon schedule
