Job Description

As a Dock Associate, you will be responsible for the safe handling of shipments, proper care and handling of inventory, and various other warehouse duties as required.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform inspection of each unit to ensure quality
  • Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free
  • Keep a clean and organized work area
  • Perform various warehouse duties as requested
  • Operate various power equipment efficiently and safely
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work weekend and overtime
  • Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace
  • Dependability, honesty, and a quick learner
  • Good communication skills and be a team player
  • Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

Nice to have

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Forklift experience is preferred
