We are looking for an experienced Doc Review Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves handling document review projects with precision and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in civil litigation, discovery processes, and familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device cases.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough document reviews to identify relevant information and ensure legal compliance
Analyze and organize case materials, including discovery and other litigation-related documents
Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborate with legal teams to provide insights and recommendations based on document findings
Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device regulations to document review processes
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Work independently to manage workloads and meet deadlines without direct supervision
Utilize civil litigation expertise to contribute effectively to case strategies
Ensure proper docketing and tracking of reviewed documents
Stay updated on legal procedures and guidelines relevant to the role
Requirements:
Active attorney license, preferably in the state of Missouri
Previous experience in document review projects is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and best practices
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device regulations is a plus
Ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents proficiently
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and analytical skills to support legal teams effectively
