Job Description:

This isn't your typical warehouse 'pick-and-pack' role. This is a precision-based project where you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a document—from pulling it out of a legacy box to preparing it for a digital future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Removing staples, paperclips, and bindings to prepare files for high-speed scanning
  • Transferring physical records from old legacy storage into new, high-security housing
  • Using professional-grade scanners and RF technology to ensure every file is 100% traceable
  • Cross-referencing file names and codes against digital manifests

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks like removing staples and sorting thin paper
  • Attention to Detail
  • Comfortable standing for your shift and lifting boxes up to 15kg
  • Available Monday–Friday day-shift hours
  • Full PPE (Steel-capped boots and High-Vis) required at all times onsite
