Job Description:

Project Manager - Milnthorpe. The company is a leading specialist in utility and infrastructure services. Their innovative multi-utility solutions and services deliver outstanding customer service, and they are committed to using the capabilities and experience of their group businesses to contribute to delivering the UK’s smart energy revolution and net-zero future. They’re a tier 1 contractor to DNOs across the UK and have major framework contracts in place for the maintenance and development of their 11kv - 33kv networks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing strong leadership, contract management, project delivery, and strategic planning within the Power Division
  • Ensuring safety, financial and operational targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service levels
  • Overseeing substation projects up to 132kV and overhead line projects up to 33kV

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Project Management position in engineering
  • C&G electrical qualification / HNC / Degree
  • IOSH managing safely
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of measuring work achievement and providing reliable information for applications for payment to commercial staff
  • Assessing and certifying sub-contractor applications for payments
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Passionate about Health and Safety
  • Knowledge of KPI measurements
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers
  • Able to lead by example
