Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy DLP Project Manager to drive the rollout of our Data Loss Prevention initiatives across the Group. If you’re passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in cross-functional environments, and love turning strategy into action, this role is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end rollout of DLP initiatives, from planning to deployment
Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Engage business teams at every stage (needs assessment, validation, and implementation)
Deliver clear, user-friendly documentation and communication materials
Support local DLP teams in applying Group standards and best practices
Monitor project progress with KPIs and dashboards, ensuring visibility and accountability
Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen DLP controls and coverage
Keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates via committees, SharePoint, and internal comms

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and IT security frameworks
Understanding of data, IT systems, cyber risks, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with technical architectures and process automation
Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Fluency in French
