Job Description:

The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within the Financial Services Division at JLL.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all Client Sourcing Operations
  • Lead the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within the Financial Services Division
  • Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Division
  • Collaborate closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals
  • Collaborate with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients
  • Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team
  • Drive communication with all levels at JLL and Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business
  • Develops and Leads High Performing Teams

Requirements:

  • Direct financial services industry experience required
  • Experience in senior leadership positions leading large, dynamic, remote teams required
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
  • At least 15-20 years of experience working with Sourcing and Procurement
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization
  • Demonstrated experience with client presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in the sales process within a large organization
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
