Divisional Sales Manager for South Germany, Austria & Switzerland responsible for 40+ stores, leading 5 direct reports (Regional Sales Managers), part of the Northern Europe Sales & Operations team, responsible for people and sales performance of a division or country for one channel of distribution.
Job Responsibility:
Shaping the divisional direction to increase performance of relevant sales channels
Assessing growth opportunities within the division
Setting regional goals and sales targets
Demonstrating strong leadership skills while leading by distance
Having a strong presence in the field by conducting (bi-)monthly travels/visits
Identifying trends, best practices and opportunities in the division
Building strong relationships within the sales network
Reporting relevant information to the Sales Director
Supporting the Sales Director by co-creating and executing strategic initiatives
Requirements:
BA in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
10+ years of professional experience in retail industry
managed divisions or large regions of stores
proven ability to build and develop a successful and comparably sized team
ability to identify areas of opportunities and elevate this into an overall Divisional Strategy
up to date on divisional and cluster business environment
excellent leadership skills
