Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Divisional Sales Director! The Divisional Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy and census growth across an assigned region by owning sales performance and ensuring disciplined execution of Bickford's sales strategy. This role partners closely with Executive Directors, Divisional leadership, and Family Advocates (FAs) to deliver measurable results aligned with Bickford's Balanced Scorecard. While not a direct supervisor, this role operates with clear accountability for Divisional sales outcomes, influencing performance and reinforcing expectations that drive both results (49%) and behaviors aligned with Bickford's Core Values (51%).

Requirements:

  • Occasional evenings/weekends for events
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that is consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines is required for this position
