Job Responsibility

Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits
Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for management review
Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting using Business Central and Excel
Maintain and monitor inventory accounting and annual inventory processes
Oversee standard costing and ensure annual cost updates are accurate and timely
Conduct financial analyses to identify variances and track discounts
Utilize Microsoft Business Central and Excel for budgeting, data analysis, and reporting
Ensure compliance with fiscal year-end requirements based on a 4-4-5 retail calendar
Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and drive efficiency
Support the organization’s revenue goals by maintaining precise accounting practices
