Job Description:

This role manages the activities of the Divisional Offices including ensuring communication between Divisional Leadership, customers, and the Store Support Center. This role ensures that the Divisional Offices are staffed, coordinates and monitors travel schedules so that they are aware of where our staff are located during the week. Plans meetings and special events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Approve and coordinate all ACORP requests which include validating the request to ensure it drives the purpose of ACORP and processing the payments through the appropriate SSC departments
  • Review and approve online store orders (Petra) for store supplies to ensure adherence to corporate policy
  • Assists customers and associates that call the Divisional Office through handling of simple to complex issues
  • Ensures division maintains company standards related to DOT, training, compliance, and customer opportunities
  • Track and assist in coordinating travel for the staff at the Divisional Offices
  • Ensures writ requests and approval for legal action are channeled appropriately
  • Plans divisional, regional meetings and events
  • Provide 2nd up support to Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Ensures that Divisional Office is kept in a presentable state for outside visitors
  • Ensures that Division has accurate reports/directories and may provide analytical review of data as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred in Business or Communications
  • 5 years of office management and/or high-level executive support in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Professional appearance with high level of engagement
