Job Description:

The Divisional Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of the company's food portfolio. This includes overseeing sales performance, marketing execution, supply chain coordination, and financial results. This role ensures the division achieves growth targets, increases market share, and maintains a strong brand reputation across all food categories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the division's business strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities in local and regional markets
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share targets
  • Lead pricing strategies, promotional plans, and trade marketing execution
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA desirable)
  • Strong experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), in a senior commercial management role
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain, sales operations, and marketing in the food segment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Beverages, Food, or Health and Wellness
  • Local candidates or CARICOM nationals with a CSME certificate
