Job Description

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Divisional Director of Health & Wellness! The DDHW is the clinical leader who drives positive resident health outcomes in a division of Branches within Bickford’s portfolio. This position works closely with the Divisional Director of Operations and Branch leaders to ensure excellent resident care, engagement, optimal sales results, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Works with Branch clinical leaders to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care
  • Provides on-call support to clinical leaders to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents
  • Works with operations and clinical leaders within the branches to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement
  • Oversees and manages the process and employees who administer resident. medications ensuring medications are delivered to residents in accordance with their physician’s orders
  • Teaches and trains incoming clinical leaders to ensure that they are on-boarded in a way the promotes optimal clinical results
  • Manages partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care providers are servicing the residents within the branch
