Job Responsibility

  • Lead all Client Sourcing Operations for Data Center and Tech clients
  • Lead the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within assigned Vertical(s)
  • Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Vertical(s) by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals
  • Closely collaborate with Americas Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients
  • Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team
  • Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business

  • Take a visible role as the SME on Renewals, Expansions, and New Business through active partnership with Managing/Account Directors, Solutions Development and Business Development
  • Proactively prepare for all client renewals – striving for a no-bid renewal
  • Participate in client meetings / yellow pad sessions as needed
