Job Description

Kingspan Insulation is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join the team in Pembridge, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Divisional Commercial, Marketing & Digital team. This is a hands-on administrative role, suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple tasks across finance, reporting and coordination.

Job Responsibility

  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Tracking invoices and supporting budget management
  • Assisting with monthly financial processes, including accruals and recharges
  • Maintaining accurate records of spend across projects
  • Producing and maintaining reports (e.g. ticket volumes, project tracking, team activity)
  • Supporting the management of tools such as Freshdesk and internal dashboards
  • Coordinating workshops, meetings and internal activities
  • Maintaining shared resources and documentation (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Supporting the team with general administration, coordination and process consistency

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reports
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Comfortable using an ERP such as SAP
  • Good communication skills and able to work across teams
  • Experience with systems such as Freshdesk or similar is helpful but not essential
