Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our Divisional Operations Team, to provide proactive administrative support for Divisional staff, post-graduate research (PGR) students and a range of activities undertaken within the School, including coordinating finance and 'people' processes, estates matters and organising and servicing meetings. The post-holder will be a key administrative point of contact within the Division and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience of working with administrative processes in a customer-focused and team-based environment, have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, and have a flexible and proactive approach to their work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide proactive administrative support for Divisional staff, post-graduate research (PGR) students and a range of activities undertaken within the School
