We are seeking a Divisional Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for employees, leaders, and guests.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules to keep leaders and the division aligned
Provide travel, event, and logistical support
Prepare, organize, and manage documents and materials
Assist with expenses, purchasing, and related administrative tasks
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners
Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Anticipate needs and proactively support daily operations
Requirements:
2 or more years of Administrative Support Experience
Detail-Oriented, Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Microsoft Office skills and Computer Skills
Professional Attitude
Nice to have:
Associate's degree in Business Management
