Job Description:

Reporting directly to the CEO of Crothall Healthcare, the Division President, Facilities Management, serves as an essential member of the senior leadership team. This role is responsible for driving revenue, maximizing growth opportunities, and providing direct leadership in operational execution and people support, all while advancing the company’s goals and embodying our core values.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver against company and client financial targets
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies to increase Crothall Healthcare’s revenue and profits within the Division
  • Oversee divisional operations to ensure labor efficiency, quality, service, and customer/client satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve/exceed budget plans and operational excellence targets
  • Identify and leverage internal sales opportunities, support new business activities, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability (Own It)
  • Keep CEO apprised of all business activities, performance, challenges, and recommended actions
  • Foster a People First environment, building lasting relationships and creating a culture of belonging
  • Build and solidify an organizational culture characterized by passion for service, innovation, and continuous improvement (Service Focus)
  • Stimulate succession planning to ensure associate development and workforce planning
  • Ensure division compliance with regulatory agencies (TJC, CMS, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, etc.)
  • Incorporate logistics and workflow diagnostics to drive efficiencies, accuracy, quality, and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
  • MBA or MHA desirable
  • Proven track record in multi-unit operational experience
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive managerial and significant financial experience
  • Excellent presentation skills at the CEO level
  • Proven ability to drive client and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated aptitude for managing senior director-level teams or above
  • Possess (A.S.H.E.) CHFM, Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager, or obtain within 12 months of start
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time)
