Job Responsibility:
Spearhead the annual business planning and financial oversight for the regional survey group, monitoring revenue, margins, and team utilization

Manage high-profile projects from proposal to completion, ensuring technical excellence and consistency
Maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients
Requirements:
Degree in Geomatics or Civil Engineering (or an equivalent field)
Experience in the surveying sector for urban development
10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or staff management capacity
