Job Description

MaineHealth Division of Nephrology is seeking a full-time Division Director to join their well-established, collegial group in Portland. We provide a full array of clinical services that encompass acute and chronic kidney disease, renal replacement therapy, apheresis, critical care and interventional nephrology, kidney transplantation, renal sonography, and kidney biopsy.

Job Responsibility

  • Teaching and mentoring nephrology fellows, IM residents and medical students from the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine Medical School Program
  • Team-based care model with collaborative approach to care

Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school
  • Fellowship-trained in Nephrology
  • Board Certified in Nephrology
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
