We are offering an exciting permanent job opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing industry Controller. In addition to supporting your team through monthly/quarterly close, inventory and account analysis, as well as ap/ar processing, this opportunity offers high visibility with the parent company financial executive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Oversee and maintain company inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial processes
  • Guide a team in processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to monitor cash flow
  • Develop and manage the Annual Budget to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Conduct regular Auditing to ensure financial compliance and transparency
  • Organize the Annual Physical Inventory to maintain accurate stock records
  • Apply knowledge of Manufacturing processes to enhance cost efficiency
  • Implement Cost Accounting strategies to optimize financial resources
  • Manage the Monthly Close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising staff
  • Proven expertise in using Accounting Software Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets
  • Proficiency in Auditing practices and procedures
  • Ability to conduct Annual Physical Inventory effectively
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing industry practices and standards
  • Solid understanding of Cost Accounting
  • Experience in performing Monthly Close tasks efficiently
