Job Description:

Strategic and experienced Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Specialist to join our Organisational Development team within CSIRO's People function. Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen our inclusive culture, elevate DIB capability, and contribute to a future-ready workforce.

Job Responsibility:

Co-developing and delivering DIB programs that enhance inclusion and workforce capability
Managing DIB governance, Working and Reference Group coordination and external benchmarking requirements
Supporting the evaluation of programs and strategies using data and evidence
Building partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to embed DIB practice
Identifying and integrating innovative DIB approaches and thought leadership into CSIRO's ways of working

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience delivering DIB or people-focused initiatives in complex organisations
Strong understanding of systems of exclusion, intersectionality, and inclusive program design
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement
Experience supporting DIB governance, reporting, and/or evaluation of initiatives, including experience in analysing organisational data, forming insights, and driving organisational change
A relevant qualification in HR, OD, DIB or related discipline
