As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead, you will play a key role in driving VodafoneThree’s diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda. This will involve leading projects, collaborating with employee networks, and working closely with various stakeholders to promote a culture of inclusion and respect across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive diversity & inclusion strategy that aligns with our organisation’s values, business goals, and global best practices
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with employee networks, business leads, sponsors and HR subject matter experts to drive progress and engagement against the diversity & inclusion strategy and commitments
  • Provide regular updates and support data requests to ensure the effective governance of diversity, equity, and inclusion meetings
  • Guide organisational culture change efforts to prioritise inclusive behaviours, language, and practices, including leadership development and broader training initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team to communicate our commitment to diversity & inclusion and progress to internal and external audiences through reports, presentations, and public engagements
  • Foster relationships with community organisations, advocacy groups, and diversity-focused industry bodies to expand our networks and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest diversity & inclusion trends, research, and legal developments, adapting initiatives and policies accordingly
  • Support and collaborate with our Culture, Engagement, Wellbeing and Inclusion programmes as required.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in developing and implementing successful diversity & inclusion programmes and policies in a complex corporate organisation, with a focus on driving outcomes and impact across multicultural, cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity & inclusion best practice, legislation, current trends, employment law and Equality Act
  • Experience in tracking and reporting diversity & inclusion metrics, drawing insights, and developing actions from data
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity and inclusion networks / employee resource groups, and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and personal development in a variety of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics, with desire to make positive change to create an inclusive workplace and culture.
