Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a dedicated and seasoned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner to join their team. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to formulate and execute initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving transformation. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement DEI initiatives aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

partner with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into business strategy
develop business-specific strategies to enhance equity
define and report on DEI KPIs
champion DEI through partnerships
use data and analytics to drive equitable outcomes
advocate for marginalized employees
collaborate with HR on diversity recruiting and retention strategies
analyze DEI initiative impact on business outcomes
implement programs to promote DEI awareness and inclusive leadership
stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

strong strategic acumen
in-depth comprehension of DEI principles and best practices
ability to work with senior leadership, HR, and key stakeholders
experience in developing and implementing DEI initiatives
ability to analyze data and metrics
knowledge of industry trends and best practices in DEI
