Job Description:

Position: Diver (Entry Level, Level 1, Level 2, or Dive Supervisor (DPL)). Department: Subsea Global Solutions Belgium B.V. – Diving Operations. Reports To: Operations Manager, Antwerp. Travel: Domestic European travel to be routinely expected for various durations throughout the calendar year. International travel may also be anticipated to support regional and international operations, where competencies match project needs.

Requirements:

Maintain a valid IDSA Level 2 (Surface Supplied Inshore Air Diver) or higher, or IMCA, approved certification including dive physical, and valid certifications for first aid, CPR and AED
Flexible work schedule, on-call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week unless on scheduled time off
Shall be able to exhibit a physical competency in safe handling where heavy lifting and other strenuous activities associated with this position and exhibit relevant health and safety awareness
Comply with company all policies, background checks, illegal substance and alcohol testing requirements
Dynamic and team-oriented, hands-on mentality with an accurate approach
Certification from an accredited commercial dive school (possess a valid commercial diver card)
Applicant must have the legal right to work in Belgium without restrictions
High School Diploma, or Equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Belgian/Dutch
Ability to reside within a reasonable distance from our office/workshop in Stabroek

Nice to have:

English is also a plus
Possession of a valid B driver's license is preferred
C can be a plus
Knowledge of electricity, electronics, or hydraulics is a plus
Background in technical education (electrical, mechanical, welding, or related fields) is a plus
