We’re hiring a District Sales Manager in Florida to lead and grow a field Sales Team. In this role, you will lead and develop a 16-person field sales team covering the state of Florida for a rapidly expanding industrial distributor in the automotive aftermarket and MRO space. Requirements:
Must have proven leadership experience —we are looking for a true sales leader, not just an individual contributor
Candidates should be comfortable coaching, developing, and motivating a team rather than focusing on personal production
Preference for candidates from within the MRO or industrial distribution industry
Must understand how to coach, develop, and build successful sales teams while driving performance
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
