Job Responsibility

  • Lead a sales team to drive revenue growth, market penetration, customer retention, and new opportunity development within an assigned geographic area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years experience selling a structured value proposition

  • Plans and sets goals aligned to objectives, allocates resources appropriately, applies quantitative analysis to solve problems, and manages time effectively
  • Understands and interprets financial reporting, cost and budgets, and economic earnings to inform business decisions
  • Delivers clear and effective presentations, incorporates customer needs into decisions, and leads change initiatives
  • Builds and maintains internal partner relationships that support achievement of sales and operational objectives
