Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree preferred
7+ years experience selling a structured value proposition
Applies strategic planning methods, maintains organized workflows, and effectively leverages technology to managing a district and team
Plans and sets goals aligned to objectives, allocates resources appropriately, applies quantitative analysis to solve problems, and manages time effectively
Understands and interprets financial reporting, cost and budgets, and economic earnings to inform business decisions
Delivers clear and effective presentations, incorporates customer needs into decisions, and leads change initiatives
Builds and maintains internal partner relationships that support achievement of sales and operational objectives
Requires travel 50%-75% of the time. This may include overnight stays and travel by airplane
