Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator plays a critical role in scheduling, staffing, and administrative support for pharmacy operations in their district. Responsibilities include maintaining pharmacist schedules, managing vaccine clinic staffing, ensuring payroll accuracy, and addressing administrative needs such as audits and escalations.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedules in the district, including creation of templates, vacation coverage, and contingency plans
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly in accordance with guidelines
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling seasonally and address any pharmacist schedule holes created by clinics
Support administrative needs related to pharmacy operations, audits, and escalations.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required
Associates degree preferred
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical demands including keyboard use, mobility, and ability to lift items up to 40lbs.

Nice to have:

Pharmacy Lead Technician experience
Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems.
