The District Performance Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market. The DPC is a critical support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), that brings forward insights to help improve Pharmacy district-level performance. As the key support to the DL, Rx, the DPC partners with the DSPL, Pharmacy Managers (PMs) and teams across the market to ensure that pharmacies are effectively staffed and scheduled, prepared for scheduled activities (vaccine clinics, inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts, etc.), compliant with regulatory guidelines, and embracing change and new ways of working.
Job Responsibility:
Managing Pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district
Pulling, formatting, and analyzing reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities
Following up on outstanding issues (exception reporting, CRS audits, IT/service ticket escalations, etc.)
Managing calendar and email requests for the DL, Rx while they are engaged in store visits
Serving as “change champion” for the district, liaising with CSC partners to track and monitor progress on implementation of pilots and new program rollouts
Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district
Support DL, RX administrative needs, as needed
Manage DL, RX calendar and inbox to ensure timely follow-up on all urgent matters
Pull, manipulate, and analyze store- and district-level pharmacy reporting to help identify opportunities across the market
Support staffing for the district, as needed
Travel the market, as needed, with the DL, RX or independently to support pharmacy operations and planned/unplanned events
Requirements:
Able to regularly travel to 100% of the district’s pharmacy locations and up to an estimated 20% of the time for store visits, events, inventories, etc.
Regular and predictable attendance is required, and position may require a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
High School diploma or GED required
Associates degree preferred
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification obtained no later than 90 days in role
Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assignment deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical requirements (able to sit and stand for extended periods of time, able to use computer and enter data using keyboard)
Nice to have:
Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred
Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems strongly preferred
