Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the coordination of scheduling in pharmacies across the market, ensuring effective pharmacy operations and compliance through strong organizational skills and dedicated support.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district
track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
manage vaccine clinic scheduling seasonally
support additional administrative needs at the direction of the Pharmacy District Leader
partner to address gaps with PIC/POA registrations for pharmacy locations

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
regular and predictable attendance
strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice to have:

Associates Degree
familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems
pharmacy Lead Technician experience
