Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) ensures pharmacist schedules are created and published on time, manages vaccine clinic scheduling, tracks payroll, and supports various administrative tasks to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedules
Track and submit pharmacist payroll
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling
Support additional administrative needs like Workday Delegate tasks and audit remediations.

Requirements:

Regular and predictable attendance
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
High School diploma or GED required
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained within 90 days
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in writing and speech
Proven attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have:

Associates degree
Pharmacy Lead Technician experience
Familiarity with scheduling/time and attendance systems.
