Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating scheduling for pharmacies. Responsibilities include ensuring timely scheduling, managing payroll submission, supporting vaccine clinic staffing, and assisting administrative pharmacy operations.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain pharmacist schedules
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling
Support administrative needs related to pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

Regular and predictable attendance
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
High School diploma or GED
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification within 90 days
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have:

Associates degree
Pharmacy Lead Technician experience
Familiarity and experience with scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems like mySchedule and Workbrain.
