The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role supporting the effective coordination of scheduling in pharmacies across their market. With strong organization skills, high accountability, and consistent follow-through, the DPC ensures that all pharmacist schedules are created and published on time, with coverage and contingency plans in-place, to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and protect against business disruption.
Job Responsibility:
Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling
Support additional administrative needs at the direction of the Rx DL
Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Associates Degree preferred
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical demands including data entry, mobility, lifting, and visual acuity
Nice to have:
Pharmacy Lead Technician experience
Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems
