District Manager Southeast role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, designated as Remote/Teleworker. Manages sales team across multiple countries and business units, responsible for complex multi-BU business deals and moderate to large quotas. Job Responsibility:
Leads the sales community to success
Communicates direction to the team in line with the company's vision and strategy
Manages HPE sales motion towards growth and increased profitability
Creates high performing team through recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements
Manages escalations to solution
Drives hunting mentality
Engages customer executives to understand business context
Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management
Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts
Requirements:
University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Typically 10+ years' experience in data center sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals
5+ years' experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
