Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures all team members in the district are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards, provides regular feedback and coaching
  • Communicates all customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager, follows up to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensures all General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training, and development
  • Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team members
  • Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs based on communicated standards
  • Provides appropriate and effective counseling and/or discipline
  • Provides training and follow-up of new products, programs, and changes
  • Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs, ensures team members are prepared for promotion
  • Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions for financial deviations
  • Supports company-wide marketing programs and evaluates local marketing strategies
  • Ensures business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies
  • Serves as a role model and sets a positive example for the team
  • Negotiates vendor contracts for the district following approval processes
  • Upholds food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety

Requirements:

  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old or emancipated minor with documentation
  • Work around high temperatures and close quarters with others
  • Move throughout the restaurant to observe operations and team performance
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
  • Work with cleaning products
  • Perform job at a continuous high pace under pressure maintaining quality and speed standards
  • 7-10 years previous restaurant experience
  • 3-5 years in management positions preferably multi-unit experience
  • Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Ability to meet performance standards
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 4-5 days per week
