Job Description:

Multi-unit retail operations leader responsible for overseeing retail store operations, developing business plans, aligning teams on programs and services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering talent growth and colleague engagement. Position involves driving operational excellence and executing district strategies to achieve financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the overall retail store operations in assigned district including Front Store and Pharmacy
  • Develops and executes district business plans and strategies
  • Aligns front store and pharmacy teams on programs and services
  • Communicates District plans and problem solves store-related issues
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws pertaining to pharmacy
  • Develops and executes district talent plan
  • Creates a culture in the District promoting colleague growth and engagement
  • Accountable for District succession plans
  • Develops and mentors future District Leadership talent
  • Provides input on acquisition and real estate strategy
  • Identifies file buy and acquisition leads
  • Implements district programs and services

Requirements:

  • Completion of our LEARNRx program within 120 days of hire
  • Communicates to ensure readiness to execute programs
  • 3+ years experience as a multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a big box retailer
  • Prior Retail experience preferred
  • Prior Pharmacy experience preferred
  • Management and supervisory experience of pharmacy staff across multiple business units preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Pharm Tech License preferred
  • BS or PharmD in Pharmacy preferred
