Job Description:

CVS Health is looking for a District Asset Protection Leader to implement asset protection objectives and administer related programs. The role involves providing assistance and training to field operations, analyzing information to determine priorities, and enforcing compliance programs to protect company assets.

Job Responsibility:

complete store health assessments to ensure operational compliance
coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions
conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of internal theft incidents
maintain professional liaison with local law enforcement officials
facilitate meetings/trainings for field personnel
attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance

Requirements:

5+ experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management
2+ experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility
ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Nice to have:

knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications
bachelor's degree preferred
