Job Description:

District Asset Protection Leader responsible for implementing asset protection objectives, administering programs, providing training to field operations teams, analyzing trends, conducting investigations, and ensuring operational compliance across assigned stores in Virginia.

Job Responsibility:

Implement asset protection objectives and administer AP programs
Provide assistance and training to field operations teams
Analyze information from reporting tools to determine critical priorities
Work with field operations teams to define accountability
Enforce asset protection and shrinkage control programs
Complete store health assessments to ensure operational compliance
Coordinate and supervise use of outside agencies for security functions
Conduct investigations of potential internal theft incidents
Maintain liaison with local law enforcement officials
Facilitate meetings/trainings for field personnel
Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management
2+ years' experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications
Bachelor's Degree
Formal interview training through Wicklander-Zulawski (basic and/or advanced)
