Job Responsibility:

Conducts routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area
Gathers feedback from employees across the company
Communicates with supervisors to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments
Maintains metrics for the distribution department
Collects data from the distribution department on key performance indicators
Monitors the day-to-day operations and performance of the distribution department
Operates forklifts and material handling equipment
Defines the distribution strategy to the departments teams
Organizes workloads and educational resources for the distribution team
Conducts safety, 5S, and claygo audits
Works closely with supervisor on problem solving techniques that drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year prior relevant work experience
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
