Job Responsibility:

Work seamlessly with Product, Underwriting, Case Management, Compliance, and Business Risk Control teams on pipeline management
Ensure end-to-end pipeline business from high-net-worth channels is promptly submitted and effected
Ensure compliance with all governance frameworks, regulations, procedures, practices, and quality standards
Deliver a quality client experience and establish HSBC Life's competitive advantages
Prepare regular reports including marketing intelligence, commissions, business effectiveness, etc
Collaborate with internal and/or external partners to organize the launch of new products, customer privileges/services/events/enablers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Solid experience and understanding in life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Prior work experience within the insurance industry
Insurance related license is required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Long Term Business (i.e. Principle & Practice of Insurance Examination, and Long-Term Insurance Examination), and to comply with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
