Job Responsibility

  • Manage hotline and ticket system for distributors, installers, and end users in Romania
  • Provide training sessions for distributors and installers in the region
  • Support onsite troubleshooting together with the Partner Success Manager
  • Assist in pre-sales customer visits alongside the Account Manager
  • Create and maintain FAQs, online courses, and documentation for the region
  • Prepare regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for the department center

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales or technical support in PV/ESS/O&M
  • inverter experience is a plus
  • Strong motivation and passion for success in the clean-tech industry
  • Language skills: English and Romanian at C1 level
  • Chinese is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly
  • Independent, focused, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 5–10% between local market and EU department center
