Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end‑to‑end planning of your Value Stream portfolio, from customer sales order intake to the creation of the Master Production Schedule at the production workcenter
  • Materials & order management for Hoegaarden manufactured items in Oracle
  • PO management, internal SO’s and inventory management at the global Distribution Centers
  • Master Production Schedule in SAP for their respective materials, considering customer requirements, available capacity, component availability and production efficiency
  • Be the primary coordination point between external stakeholders such as customer service, OTR team, logistics team
  • and internal stakeholders: production, warehousing (internal, PDP & RDP), purchasing, to guarantee world class OTD (On Time Delivery) for our customers
  • Manage the planning parameters in both ERP systems and the execution of replenishment into our distribution organizations to deliver fulfillment (OTD) and inventory metrics
  • Initiate & drive process improvements using DBS (Danaher Business System) and DMS (Danaher Materials System) tools such as PSP, VSM, Dynamic Kanban, IMAG, etc
  • Participate in Kaizen Events

Requirements:

  • University degree (or equivalent experience). Related fields: Supply Chain/Logistics
  • excellent verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and English are a must
  • analytical and logical mindset, able to structure problems, analyze data with advanced Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Supply Chain role (Production Planner, Demand Planning Analyst, Distribution Planner, etc)

Nice to have:

  • Oracle is a plus
  • APICS certification or other planning/supply chain certificates are a plus
