Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management in the country
Well-rounded experience with a strong emphasis on premium sales and distributor management
Proven experience managing business operations through a Distributor Partner
Solid understanding of the sales & distribution dynamics, competitor activities and consumer behavior in country
Capability to develop business strategies and successfully implement them, while managing the associated change and people interactions
Good analytical skills and commercial sense to interpret financial statements and market trends
Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact well with others
High level of integrity and a strong passion for the brand, aligned with Red Bull values and with a proactive "can-do" attitude
Proficiency in using MS Office and other necessary software
A University Degree (Business, Marketing or similar)
