Distribution Manager

• Lead and manage a team of fulfillment associates and delivery drivers
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor budget performance
• Provide oversight for route planning
• Manage all order fulfillment and returns processes
• Maintain accurate final goods inventory
