Based in a country within the West Europe region and reporting to the Distribution Management Director – Europe, Middle East & Africa, you will be a key stakeholder in distribution operations for the West Europe area and will be primarily responsible for: Serve as the single point of contact for OSM product managers; Be responsible for OSM market execution (contracts, offers…); Perfect Market intelligence to feed Strategy and product development; Develop and implement a profitable sales strategy; Coordination between OSM and OMN and coordination with OMN; Complying with all applicable procedures.

Requirements:
Master's degree in business, technical/engineering, or economics
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with minimum 10 years of relevant business experience, ideally in products/technologies/markets, relevant to Omya
Proven effective leadership, communication, and complex project management skills
Ability to interact effectively and assertively in multicultural and international environments
High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Availability and mobility for travel within the region
Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
