Job Description:

Based in a country within the West Europe region and reporting to the Distribution Management Director – Europe, Middle East & Africa, you will be a key stakeholder in distribution operations for the West Europe area and will be primarily responsible for: Serve as the single point of contact for OSM product managers; Be responsible for OSM market execution (contracts, offers…); Perfect Market intelligence to feed Strategy and product development; Develop and implement a profitable sales strategy; Coordination between OSM and OMN and coordination with OMN; Complying with all applicable procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for OSM product managers
  • Be responsible for OSM market execution (contracts, offers...)

  • Develop and implement a profitable sales strategy
  • Coordination between OSM and OMN and coordination with OMN
  • Complying with all applicable procedures

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, technical/engineering, or economics
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with minimum 10 years of relevant business experience, ideally in products/technologies/markets, relevant to Omya
  • Proven effective leadership, communication, and complex project management skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and assertively in multicultural and international environments
  • High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Availability and mobility for travel within the region
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
