We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to support daily service operations for a distribution environment in Orlando, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can lead customer-facing activities, coordinate order flow, and maintain smooth shipping and receiving processes. The role combines team oversight, account support, and operational coordination to ensure customers receive timely, accurate service.
Job Responsibility
Lead day-to-day customer service activities within a distribution setting, ensuring responsive support and consistent service quality
Oversee customer accounts, process orders accurately, and resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate dispatch and scheduling activities to support efficient movement of goods and timely fulfillment
Manage shipping and receiving workflows, including communication between service, warehouse, and operations teams
Train and support new team members, helping establish strong service practices and workflow consistency
Use order management and service software to track requests, update records, and maintain accurate operational data
Work closely with internal teams to improve service execution and support ongoing updates within the cloud-based platform
Monitor daily performance and address customer concerns to maintain a high standard of satisfaction and reliability
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service leadership role within a distribution or logistics environment
Strong background in customer account management, call center support, or service operations
Working knowledge of dispatch coordination, job scheduling, and order processing systems
Experience with shipping and receiving activities

Ability to lead employees, provide training, and support a productive team environment
Proficiency with computer-based service platforms and operational software applications
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer care skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution setting
