Job Description:

As a Logistics Administrator for Plant & Fleet, you will work with the Material Logistics team assisting with the scheduling of Plant & Fleet movements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scheduling of Plant & Fleet movements including liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating & maintaining the training matrix for Material Logistics Operatives
  • Creation and amendment of documents
  • Maintaining plant & fleet maintenance records

Requirements:

  • CITB Operative Test (must be obtained before the start date)
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong IT Skills and understanding of booking software, MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
  • Strong administrative/ co-ordination experience within a fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly under pressure
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Reliability – maintain a good work ethic and routine
  • An engaging and proactive ‘can do' attitude where successes and failures are shared
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team
